The front desk closed at 10 PM, so access became tricky. We encountered a confrontational guest trying to enter where we were leaving. It felt unsafe, especially since the area had issues with homelessness. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

Appreciate the ample bathroom space and proximity to food options and the interstate. Staff needs improvement. I felt judged when asking to use the printer. Communication inconsistencies regarding payment and deposits were frustrating. The lack of complimentary breakfast was a minor letdown, but the kitchenette allowed for self-sufficient morning meals. Solid choice for travelers, yet room for staff training exists. A little polish could elevate the experience drastically.

I loved how easy it was to explore downtown Billings, with plenty of parks like Riverfront Park just a 20-minute walk away, and iconic sites like the Historic Billings Depot only about 4 km away, making it perfect for weekend strolls; the hotel was clean, had spacious family-sized rooms with kitchens, and friendly staff, but I did miss having a coffee option in the lobby.

The laundry room is a lifesaver for those unexpected stains. We could park right outside our room and keep an eye on our truck, plus the staff was genuinely nice!
Just watch out for some noise from the hallway.

Room smelled of urine; had to use air fresheners and keep the window open. Front desk quickly changed rooms, but no compensation offered for the unpleasant first night. The smell lingered regardless. Expected better for the price paid.

The lot was quite crowded, and there were some larger items taking up space that made it a bit challenging to find a spot. our experience at Ledgestone was great, but the parking issue was a slight inconvenience. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-equipped hotel in a safe area of Billings, this could be a good option for you.

The Tarocco bath products transported me to Italy. The professional staff made me feel like royalty. I loved trying the different eateries nearby, especially Ciao Mambo and Harper and Madison. Complimentary Wi-Fi felt like a warm hug.
I just adored doing my own room cleaning. said no one ever.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a kitchenette stocked for cooking and comfortable beds. The friendly staff member, named Joel, was very helpful. The location next to Interstate 90 provided easy access for travelers, and the value for the price was great.
On the downside, the internet connection was unreliable, often slowing down or disconnecting. The area around the hotel seemed a bit suspect, with loitering individuals, although we did not encounter any safety issues.

The spacious rooms easily accommodated our large family, offering a kitchenette and family-friendly activities like sand volleyball and horseshoe pits. The proximity to Geyser Park added an extra thrill to our trip.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the Three Sights Indoor Shooting Range and chilling at Riverfront Park by the Yellowstone River. The hotel also had sand volleyball and horseshoe pits for extra fun!
Could use a cooler hangout spot for party-loving teens after hours.

we recently stayed at ledgestone hotel and it was a fantastic experience! we felt completely safe as two female travelers, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was updated with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchenette with whirlpool appliances. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, and the spacious bathroom with a barn-style door was a nice surprise. the property was well-lit and spotlessly clean, and the pricing was very reasonable. we cannot wait to visit again and stay longer.
